Dr. Christina’s Favourite Golden Milk Recipe
Golden milk is a traditional Ayurvedic beverage known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

The Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups of almond milk
1 tsp of ground turmeric
¼ tsp of ground ginger
¼ tsp of ground cinnamon
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Maple syrup to taste
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat on medium for 4 minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
Blend in a heat-friendly blender until frothy.
Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
