The Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ½ cups of almond milk 

  • 1 tsp of ground turmeric 

  • ¼ tsp of ground ginger 

  • ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon 

  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper 

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil 

  • Maple syrup to taste 

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat on medium for 4 minutes. Do not bring to a boil.

  2. Blend in a heat-friendly blender until frothy.

  3. Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
