Office Procedures for COVID-19
We are doing everything we can to ensure that we are in compliance with the Ministry of Health’s requirements for safety, including PPE, physically distancing as best as possible, and consistent sanitation protocols.
The following list details the measures we are implementing for your safety during your care:
Hand sanitizer available at entrances and in rooms
Reduction of chairs in the reception area to reduce surface contact
Large acrylic shield at the front desk with openings for transactions
Disinfection protocols for high-touch areas including all adjusting tables between appointments
Staff will be wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Masks will be compulsory and provided to all patients
Appointments can now be booked online with the Jane App in addition to booking in-person, via email, and over the phone
Limiting the number of people in the office at any one time
Limiting the exchange of paper: receipts will be e-mailed upon request and intake/feedback forms have been digitised for easy online exchange
